1. Information We Collect

We collect your name, business email, and company details upon registration. When you connect via Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API), we temporarily query and cache catalog metadata (such as titles, description text, images, categories, and backend search terms contribution lists) to compile listings change logs. We do not store or download Amazon customer orders or shipment logs.

2. How We Use Data

The catalog data is strictly used to display integrity alerts in your dashboard and trigger alert notifications (WhatsApp, Slack, Email). We do not share, sell, or license your Amazon catalog records or listing configurations to third-party databases, competitor intelligence agencies, or advertising providers.

3. Data Retention

We store listing blueprints and contribution histories for as long as your account remains active. Upon request or account cancellation, all cached Seller Central inventory catalogs and active token keys are permanently expunged from our database records within 30 days.
