1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ListingsIntegrity.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the platform.

2. Amazon SP-API Tokens

To monitor your product listings, you must authorize our platform via Amazon's Selling Partner API (SP-API). You retain complete ownership of your Amazon Seller Central credentials and catalog settings, and you can revoke our OAuth credentials at any time in your Seller Central console. We are not liable for any listing suspensions or Amazon bot actions occurring during your use of our platform.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

All paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any point, and your catalog monitoring will remain active until the end of your prepaid billing period. Refunds are provided at our sole discretion.

4. Limitations of Liability

ListingsIntegrity.ai is provided "as is". In no event shall ListingsIntegrity.ai, its founders, or affiliates be liable for any damages (including loss of sales, Buy Box share, ranking loss, or listing suppressions) arising out of the use or inability to use our platform.
